GCLI Held Fourth Quarter 2025 Workshop at Heidelberg North America in Kennesaw, Georgia

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) held their Fourth Quarter Workshop of 2025, November 20 & 21 at Heidelberg North America’s Headquarters in Kennesaw, Georgia.

GCLI members were welcomed by Heidelberg North America President Clarence Penge who shared Heidelberg’s impressive history and their plans for a dynamic future. Heidelberg team members led a tour of Heidelberg’s Print Media & Performance Training Center where they experienced first-hand an impressive portfolio of cutting-edge print technology.

Mr. Penge also detailed Heidelberg’s training programs designed to develop the skills of both operators and maintenance staff, underscoring the company’s commitment to workforce development in the graphic communications industry.

Heidelberg’s PMPTC serves as a destination for active discussion, collaboration, and hands-on learning, helping to equip the next generation of print leaders with the knowledge and expertise needed to thrive in a rapidly changing industry.

The Fourth Quarter GCLI Workshop topic addressed the complex topic of Strategy and Planning. Workshop leaders Mike Philie and Joe Truncale shared key insights and techniques applied by industry leaders to drive revenue growth and client loyalty.

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership. The group meets at various locations including leading industry manufacturers/suppliers and some of the industry’s finest service providers.

They also heard presentations by HP executives focused on innovative technologies designed to better address clients’ ever expanding graphic communications options.

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) has announced their quarterly meeting dates and locations for 2024.  This year will also mark the debut of the GCLI Graduate Class, a specially designed set of four quarterly workshops created exclusively for those who have completed the three-year GCLI program.

GCLI to Hold Fourth-Quarter 2023 Workshop at Navistar in Frederick, Maryland

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) will hold their fourth quarterly workshop of 2023 November 29-30 at Navistar in Frederick, Maryland. Navistar provides end-to-end services for direct mail production. Their services include envelope manufacturing, conventional and digital printing, complex camera matching, card affixing, handwork, lettershop, commingling, and more.

GCLI to Hold Second-Quarter 2023 Workshop at Ricoh’s Premier Customer and Executive Briefing Center in Boulder, Colorado

The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI) will hold their second quarterly workshop of 2023 May 31-June 1 at Ricoh’s Premier Customer and Executive Briefing Center in Boulder, Colorado. During their visit, GCLI members will discuss current challenges and be exposed to solutions at Ricoh’s Customer Experience Center (CEC).  While there, members will have the opportunity to discuss ideas with Ricoh’s technical and marketing professionals while learning about new applications and expanded possibilities.  Presentations by Ricoh executives follow at Ricoh’s Executive Briefing Center (EBC).
