The Graphic Communications Leadership Institute (GCLI), a comprehensive three-year program for rising industry professionals, consists of four quarterly workshops, each one focusing on core elements of business management and organizational leadership. The group meets at various locations including leading industry manufacturers/suppliers, some of the industry’s finest service providers, and at major industry events.
GCLI is a rigorous, cutting-edge leadership development program designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders with a well-rounded foundation in leadership and managerial expertise while helping members develop a valuable peer network.
Now in its sixth year, GCLI was founded by Mike Philie (The Philie Group) and Joe Truncale (Alexander Joseph & Associates). Successfully launched in 2021, the Institute continues to grow as forward-looking organizations address the challenge of retaining talent by investing in the leadership development of their key people.
